Providers

Amitkumar Patel, MD and Filza Jalees, DO will soon no longer be seeing patients at our Magnolia and Woodforest locations, and their last day is on June 20th. They have both been valuable members of our team and have delivered great patient care. We wish them the very best of luck in their future endeavors!

We are happy to welcome our 3 newest providers who will be available to serve Magnolia Family Medicine patients in June--Kumari Iyer, MD, Lance Monteau, MD, and Joanna Vasquez, FNP, with a 4th provider Tuyet Truong, MD joining our MFM family in August. We also have a new weekend provider who started in March--Amanda Freeman, NP. Watch out for more announcements soon!
