I have to drive a bit to get to the Old Magnolia office, but I have found the office/nursing stt t add to be kind and helpful. Dr Han is a bit quirky but I feel like he listens and evaluates thoroughly. He investigates all my concerns with great care. I appreciate his professionalism and the way he speaks the truth (even though I might not want to hear it!!) and takes my concerns seriously.( I have MANY health issues and concerns that can be complicated).
I really don’t like driving to Old Magnolia from my house near Conroe, However, I have come to know the quality of care that I will receive. I feel that I am listened to and involved in my own care, so coming to see Dr Han (and not a big office full of drs that don’t know me) who works to understand my needs is important to me. I also appreciate consistent care from Dr Han who consistently listens to me and provides solutions that are not just more meds.
I would recommend Dr. Han, especially if you live near this area!
Magnolia Family Medicine has provided excellent, attentive, thoughtful care since I have become a patient several years ago.

I usually see Caroline or Cody at the 1488 office and Jerod at the Woodlands location. I really like all 3 of them very much. They are all excellent listeners and have very good bedside manners. The office portal makes it so easy to send them messages with questions and they all respond to me quickly! The front office staff has always been so nice and organized for me. The assistants that take your vitals are also very kind. I really like this practice and plan to continue to use them.

This clinic has been easy to get hold of. I was surprised how quickly they were able to get me in and they work well with my other Specialist. The front desk and Nurses and Medical Assistants are very professional and their desks are so quiet. For this I am grateful. Shows a true stand up crew. All of the staff work so we together and is nice to see. Thank you for your hard work.

Always easy to reach. I've never had any difficulties with the front desk. Great customer service and I've probably been a patient for 10 years plus. Also absolutely never had a problem reaching them they even have weekend hours. Never needed to leave a message or leave a deposit. This is NOT an emergency room this is a regular clinic and emergent and emergency visits should be handled in the appropriate places. I repeat I've NEVER had problems reaching them or having a quick appointment made. They have extended evening appointment hours also.

I love this clinic! I'm always greeted with a big smile and kind words. The doctors and nurse practitioners and assistants are all fabulous, never a harsh word (not even when I've gained a few pounds.) But what has won me over completely is the front desk. They are the sweetest, friendliest, most eager to help group of gals! Going to see the doctor is not one of my favorite things to do, but everyone here just helps me smile, even when I'm feeling my worst. Thank you.

Dr ElHaj is thorough and an excellent doctor. He really listens and he has dramatically improved customer service and his staff is friendly and responsive. I drive 50 miles to see him and his team passing many other doctors.

My wife and I have been going here for years, my wife has thyroid disease and has for over 20 years we know about the thyroid we went in to see Doctor Han as my wife is down with no energy putting on weight and doesn’t care about anything in stead of changing her prescription and something to boost her energy and control her appetite he prescribed the same medication she is on and says come back in 4 to 6 weeks with lab work,Really then we pay for the visit and they would not give the prescription or the order for lab work unless we paid for that, now my wife is retired from the medical field the cost of the labs weren’t double we pay for our on medical no insurance when I explain we use a different lab than they suggested they said I either pay them or we could not get what we went there for All they want is to make money and have no concerns about you we will not go back to see Dr Han. If you pay for your own lab you do not need to see a Doctor first and it’s cheaper than your copay.

Been a patient here for over 5 years. Had the doctor today say to me when asked to have my three prescriptions refilled "I don't even know you and don't have time for that". He then proceeded to go outside after spending maybe 5 minutes with me and speak to his nurse talking trash telling her we don't have time to spend an hour with patients and then get backed up. Note you spent maybe 5 minutes with me and you may want to wait to talk trash until you are further away from the patients door! I have watched all the good doctors they had leave this practice and I see why! Also always push vaccines and tests on you.

Dr. Pham is always very good to give me all of the information I need to properly take care of my health. The staff is always great with the office needs, scheduling and recently when I had to change my health plan who they worked with. I would tell anyone to consider Dr. Pham and his staff.

Everyone in this office was very friendly and helpful. I didn't wait long to be seen. Dr. Pham has a warm manner yet very professional. He did an excellent job of explaining medical terms and his findings. I recommend this office if you are in the Cypress area.

Dr. Pham may not have the best bedside manner, but it seems like he actually cares somewhat at least. After discussing my declining mental health, he ordered a gene test and even had the representative for said test meet with me to discuss it. This was unprompted but appreciated, I would've never known this was a thing offered otherwise.
