Dr. Elhajj is a graduate of the University of Houston and St. George’s University School of Medicine. A strong advocate for patient education, Dr. Elhajj works closely with his patients so they have a clear understanding of their care. He enjoys treating a wide variety of age groups and delving into medical problems from the most simple to the most complex. He is involved in several civic organizations in Magnolia and The Woodlands. Dr. Elhajj is board certified in family medicine.

Dr. Christian Dyhianto (dee-yawn-toe) is board certified in Family Medicine. He completed his residency program through Baylor College of Medicine at the Texas Medical Center. He obtained his medical degree from the University of the Philippines. Dr. Dyhianto believes in the value of prevention and empowering his patients through advocacy, education and communication. He enjoys seeing patients from all age range, and managing a wide spectrum medical problems.

Kelci Evans is a board certified physician assistant who earned her master’s degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Kelci exhibits a passion for patient education and understanding with particular interest in women’s health and mental health.

Dr. Kathleen Paz, certified in family medicine, completed her undergraduate studies at Houston Baptist University, and obtained her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Paz completed her training in the Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program, with an emphasis in the treatment of broad spectrum of diseases in children, youths, and adults. Her special interests include preventive medicine and women’s health. A native Houstonian, Dr. Paz resides in the Woodlands and enjoys serving as a pianist in her church where she is an active member.

Dr. Christine Gavino, a native Houstonian, is board certified in Family Medicine. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Austin. She obtained her medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri. Dr. Gavino trained at Houston Methodist, where she developed a strong interest in comprehensive health care for the entire family. She enjoys women’s health, pediatrics, geriatrics, and preventive medicine. Her hobbies include cooking, travel, and yoga.

Alexandra Borsboom, NP is a board certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, and practiced as an RN for 5 years before obtaining her master’s degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Codie enjoys treating a wide variety of patients with special interest in preventative medicine and gerontology. She believes that trust and collaboration are the foundation for her patient-provider relationships.
Alexandra Borsboom, NP
Dr. Moore is a graduate of Cleveland University where, in addition to his Doctoral studies, he specialized in soft tissue rehabilitation. His experience in soccer collegiately as well as professionally has made him well versed in rehabilitation of athletic and non-athletic based injuries. Dr. Moore has experience treating patients ranging from little leaguers to professional athletes. While Dr. Moore is passionate about helping patients return to what they love doing most, he is most passionate about his family, crossfit, and the outdoors.
Caroline Sizemore is a board certified physician assistant who studied Biology at Oklahoma Christian University and earned her master’s degree from Harding University near Little Rock, Arkansas. Caroline grew up in The Woodlands and she’s very excited to be living back in Houston area. Her hobbies include baking, spending time with friends and family and traveling. She enjoys treating a variety of patients and has a passion for patient education and chronic care.

Being originally from Ohio, Dr Thompson attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio for her undergraduate degree (’86) and then Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio for her medical degree (’90). After marrying husband Stuart, they moved to Lexington, Kentucky for Dr Thompson to pursue her residency program at University of Kentucky, combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, 1990 – 1994. Dr Thompson stayed in Lexington practicing primary care, raising their children Natalie and Jake, until moving to Texas in 2012, where she has practiced in Magnolia since. Dr Thompson is double board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She sees patients of all ages performing outpatient primary care including sick and well visits, preventive care. Her patients cherish the time she spends with them and her compassion. Her interests include family, pets, sports, learning to play golf.
